The Vision:

To build a facility to house a Café/Restaurant/Drop In Centre.

·         The facility will be used to train girls from the Hope Kids Home in all areas of hospitality so that they gain meaningful employment or even start their own business.

·         To become a source of income for the Hope Kids Home.

·         To be a Drop In Centre/safe place for local children to come and “Hang Out”.

·         To be an outreach and Evangelistic tool to lead people to Jesus and to our Heritage of Faith Church that adjoins the Hospitality Training Centre property.

The building:

The building will be about 150 square meters in total and include a closed in shop area, covered outdoor dining, viewing deck, kitchen and bathrooms.

The Cost:

All costs are approximate and depend on local prices and foreign exchange rates.

Plans & Development Application:                                 25,000 THB 

Labour: Based on a square meter price of 1,500 THB per SQ/MT x 150      225,000 THB

Materials: Based on a square meter price of 2,500 THB per SQ/MT x 150   375,000 THB

Equipment Fit Out with furniture and kitchen equipment.                               200,000 THB

TOTAL:                                          825,000 THB
